Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, especially given how it saved my day after a frustrating travel mishap. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the staff truly went above and beyond to assist us. However, the pool hours were a bit off from what was expected, which caused some inconvenience. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, especially in terms of the service provided.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, with exceptional service from the staff and a convenient location near downtown Chicago. The dining experience was delightful, particularly due to my attentive server and delicious meals. Unfortunately, the room was a bit on the smaller side and felt outdated, which impacted my overall comfort. Despite this, the staff's friendliness made a significant positive difference.
My stay was quite mixed. While the location is super convenient with easy access to the train, and I had a clean and comfortable room, the service left much to be desired with some disrespectful interactions. The facilities were decent, but overall, I wasn't thrilled about the experience, especially considering the price for such service.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The proximity to public transportation was a definite plus, making it easy to explore Chicago. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable layout. However, I was quite disappointed with the pool area, which was noisy and not very well maintained. The parking fee was also on the higher side, which added to the overall cost of my stay.
My stay at Park Hotel was wonderful, thanks in large part to the amazing staff and delicious dining options. The proactive service made me feel truly welcomed, while the facilities catered to all my needs. However, with the hotel being fully booked, I couldn't get an upgrade and had to take the available room. Overall, great service and tasty meals make it a worthwhile experience.
